KUKS & CO: luxury retail with vendor management
A luxury fashion marketplace connecting independent designers and boutiques with buyers, covering designer bags, watches, fine jewellery, footwear, apparel and perfumes, with vendor registration, dashboards and seasonal collections.
The brief
KUKS & CO positions itself between India's independent designers and artisans and buyers looking for verified luxury. That means the platform is not simply retail — it is a curation and verification layer, and the interface has to carry that promise on every page.
What we built
Curated catalogue
Products organised across footwear, bags, watches, apparel, jewellery, accessories and perfumes, with dynamic filtering so a shopper can move between very different categories without relearning the interface.
Seller platform
Vendor registration, a seller dashboard, verification workflow and analytics, so designers and boutiques can manage their own presence on the marketplace.
Seasonal merchandising
Support for edits and collections — such as a Winter Edit or an ethnic collection — so the storefront can be re-merchandised for a season without a developer rebuilding pages.
Payments and accounts
Payment integration covering Visa, Mastercard, UPI and Razorpay, alongside customer accounts with wishlist and cart, and order tracking after purchase.
The design consideration
Luxury retail has a particular constraint: the interface must feel considered and unhurried, while still being fast and completely clear at checkout. Restraint in layout and typography does more work here than decoration — the products need to be the loudest thing on the page.
