Hindustan Travels: travel and fleet booking site

The brief

Hindustan Travels is a Chandigarh-based travel and hospitality company with a substantial vehicle fleet and a wide service range: corporate travel and conferences, event management, destination management, leisure and adventure tours, student group tours and taxi services.

The site needed to do two things at once — help someone pick the right vehicle for a specific group size, and inspire someone still deciding where to go.

What we built

Fleet presentation

The fleet is laid out by capacity — 12, 15, 17 and 26-seat tempo travellers, 45, 55 and 65-seat buses, plus Etios, Crysta and Urbania options — because group size is the first question a customer actually has.

Booking enquiry

Clear booking calls-to-action throughout, supported by enquiry forms and prominent phone numbers. In this sector a large share of bookings still start with a phone call, so the number is never more than a glance away.

Destination guides

Content pages for the destinations the company actually serves — Manali, Ladakh, Kashmir, Char Dham Yatra — giving the site organic reach beyond people who already know the brand.

Trust content

Gallery, testimonials and a detailed FAQ section, addressing the practical questions that come up before someone commits to a group booking.

The consideration

Travel buyers split into two groups: those who know exactly what they need and want a number, and those still browsing. The layout serves both without making either wade through the other's content.
